Welcome to Ranger Club UK (“Ranger Club UK,” “the Club,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://rangerclub.uk and all related services, including but not limited to:

  • Club memberships

  • The online store

  • Members’ areas and digital platforms

  • Events, meets, and activities

  • Competitions, giveaways, and promotions

  • Communications and community platforms

(collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you:

  • Accept and agree to these Terms

  • Agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy

  • Are legally capable of entering into this agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. About Ranger Club UK

1.1 Organisation

Ranger Club UK is an independent community organisation for owners and enthusiasts of the Ford Ranger in the United Kingdom.

The Club operates on a non-profit community basis, with membership fees used to support but not limited to:

  • Website and platform infrastructure

  • Event organisation

  • Administration and operational costs

  • Member services and benefits

1.2 Independent Organisation

Ranger Club UK is not operated by Ford Motor Company but has been granted trademark rights to display the ‘Ford Oval’ in connection with Club Activities as part of the Club’s Authorized Name.

All trademarks, including Ford and Ranger, remain the property of their respective owners.

1.3 Eligibility

To use our Services or become a member you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Maintain up-to-date account details

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

1.4 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Where changes are significant, we will attempt to notify members through:

  • Website announcements

  • Email communication

  • Member platform notifications

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Membership

2.1 Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of Ranger Club UK you agree to:

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2.2 Membership Fees

Membership fees:

  • Are payable in advance

  • Are charged annually with an auto renewing subscription (auto renewal can be turned off at any point)

  • Are non-refundable unless required by law

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing in future subscription periods.

2.3 Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time.

However:

  • Membership fees already paid are not refundable

  • Benefits remain active until the membership expiry date

Where required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, statutory rights will apply.

2.4 Membership Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Breaches Club Rules

  • Engages in abusive, harmful, or illegal conduct

  • Harasses other members or Admins

  • Shares confidential member content externally

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases.

Membership termination results in the immediate loss of all member benefits.

3. Club Rules and Community Policies

4. Private Members’ Areas and Confidentiality

Certain parts of the Services are restricted to active members.

content from private member spaces without prior written permission.

This includes:

  • Discussions

  • Member data

  • Internal announcements

  • Event planning information

  • Documents and resources

4.2 Breach of Confidentiality

Breaching confidentiality may result in:

  • Immediate membership termination

  • Removal from community platforms

  • Possible legal action where applicable

5. Member Benefits and Partnerships

The Club may offer benefits including:

  • Discounts with partner brands

  • Exclusive products & offers

  • Affiliate memberships

  • Access to partner organisations such as the Green Lane Association

5.1 Discretionary Benefits

All benefits are discretionary and may change due to:

  • Partner agreements

  • Availability

  • Operational requirements

We do not guarantee that specific benefits will remain available for the entire membership term.

5.2 Member Packs

Membership may include a Member Pack containing merchandise or materials.

Members must claim their pack through the onboarding process.

We are not responsible for packs that:

  • Are not claimed

  • Are delayed due to incorrect address details

Replacement packs may incur additional charges.

5.3 Partner Verification

Where necessary, limited member details may be shared with partner organisations solely for the purpose of providing benefits.

This will always be handled in accordance with UK data protection law.

6. Community Conduct and User Content

Members and users must maintain respectful behaviour across all Club platforms.

6.1 Prohibited Behaviour

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or bullying

  • Hate speech or discrimination

  • Illegal activity

  • Sharing explicit or offensive material

  • Spamming or unsolicited advertising

  • Posting false or misleading information

6.2 User Content

Users remain responsible for any content they publish within Club platforms.

By posting content you grant Ranger Club UK a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Services.

6.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content

  • Restrict accounts

  • Permanently remove members

where content violates these Terms or damages the community.

7. Events, Meets, and Off-Road Activities

Participation in Club events is voluntary.

7.1 Risk Acknowledgement

Motorsport and off-road driving involve inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Activities may involve hazardous terrain

  • Vehicle damage may occur

  • Personal injury risks exist

You participate entirely at your own risk.

7.2 Vehicle and Legal Requirements

Participants must ensure their vehicle:

  • Has valid insurance

  • Holds a valid driving licence

  • Meets MOT requirements

  • Is legally taxed where required

7.3 Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranger Club UK and its organisers shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Personal injury

  • Property loss

  • Mechanical failure

  • Third-party actions

except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Giveaways, Competitions, and Raffles

Promotions may be run periodically.

8.2 Prize Conditions

Prizes:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
