3. Private Members’ Areas and Confidentiality
Certain parts of our website and community platforms are restricted to active members.
3.1. Confidentiality: Content shared within private areas, including discussions, event details, and exclusive resources, must not be copied, screenshotted, recorded, or shared externally without prior written consent from Ranger Club UK.
3.2. Termination for Breach: Breaching this confidentiality or distributing private content externally will result in the immediate termination of your membership without refund.
4. Member Benefits and Packs
Ranger Club UK offers various benefits, including discounts, resources, and access to the Green Lane Association (GLASS).
4.1. Discretionary Benefits: All benefits are offered at our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn without prior notice based on supplier agreements or operational needs. No benefit is guaranteed to continue for the full term of your membership.
4.2. Member Packs: Each annual membership subscription includes one Member Pack. This pack must be claimed by the member to complete their onboarding process. Failure to claim your Member Pack may result in missing out on key features. Replacement packs, if applicable, may incur an additional fee.
4.3. Partner Verification: For specific benefits (e.g., GLASS affiliation), we will share necessary membership details for verification and onboarding.
5. Community Conduct and Content
5.1. General Conduct: You agree to treat all members with respect. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour is strictly prohibited.
5.2. Prohibited Content: You must not post illegal, explicit, or offensive material, or share false information, spam, or promotional content unrelated to Ranger Club UK within any club-affiliated channel.
5.3. Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Repeated or serious breaches may result in permanent removal from the club without refund.
6. Events and Meetups
Participation in any event, meetup, or off-road activity organised or promoted by Ranger Club UK is subject to the following terms:
6.1. Voluntary Participation and Risk: Participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own vehicle, equipment, and personal safety.
6.2. Legal Compliance: You must hold valid insurance, a driving licence, MOT, and road tax (where applicable) for your vehicle.
6.3. No Liability: Ranger Club UK and its organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising during or in connection with an Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Giveaways, Competitions, and Raffles
7.1. Rules: Entry rules, deadlines, and eligibility requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
7.2. Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7.3. Compliance: All promotions are run in accordance with applicable UK laws governing prize draws and competitions.
8. Online Store, Orders, and Shipping
