Event Rules

  • Be kind and helpful, respect other members and admins

  • Sexism, racism, homophobia, xenophobia etc. will not be tolerated

  • Mandatory speed limit of 20mph unless permission given by Admins

  • Do not litter, always clear up after yourself and collect stray litter if you see it

  • Always act with due diligence

  • If vehicles are being recovered, stand well back and behind cover

  • Camp fires are only permitted within safe fire pits (check permission per event)

  • BBQs are only permitted within safe BBQ pits (check permission per event)

  • Keep any noise to a minimum so not to disturb members of the public, minimize the use of vehicle horns

  • Return gates to previous status (If found closed, return to closed. If found open, leave open)

  • Criminal damage will not be tolerated, any offences will be dealt with by Police

  • Individual sponsors are not allowed unless permission has been given by an Admin

  • Dogs and other pets / animals are not allowed unless licensed guide dog or stated otherwise

  • If you are unable to attend an event after purchasing a ticket, you MUST notify an Admin. Failure to show to 3 events without notice will result in an event ban for the remainder of your annual subscription

  • Drivers must be 18+ and hold a valid driving license

These rules are non negotiable. Failure to comply with them may result in your removal from the Club without refund.
