To ease our workflow, as of August 2023 we will have a set ‘shipment day’ per week. Regardless of when your Store order or Members Pack order is placed, it will be dispatched the following Monday. You may receive an Order Fulfilled email notification which signifies that we have picked and packaged your item, it will then go to our holding bay until the next closest Monday - that post offices are open - where it will be dispatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail (excluding international orders).

During Admin holiday or absence, order fulfilment and dispatching may be delayed. During this time we will display a website notification with details of the delay.
