Am I eligible for a member pack?Each member is entitled to 1x member pack per subscription and the tier length is 1 year (i.e 1 pack per year). If you joined the Club on 05/07/2022 and claimed your 2022 pack, you would only be eligible for a 2023 member pack when you re-subscribe from 05/07/2023.
In simple, only claim your pack after re-subscribing!
