To cast a vote:
you must be an active member at the time of voting
you may only vote once per year otherwise all submissions will be disregarded
you may not vote for yourself, a Club admin, or relative
you must submit your vote within the voting period (25th October - 10th December)
the nominee must be an active member at time of voting or time of draw
the nominee must not have previously won ‘MOTY’
Draw:
the draw will take place between 11th December - 24th December with the winner being announced on Christmas Day (25th December)
the one person with most votes and fitting all of the criteria will be selected as ‘MOTY’ for the current year
Prize:
the winner will receive the following prizes: free lifetime Bronze membership, exclusive metal emblem, 2x free events (under or equal to the total value of £100)
to receive physical items, the winner must have a UK shipping address
no cash alternative will be given
